Student may book a room in an apartment, or choose to book one bedroom and private or shared bathroom.

Unit H is a triple share economy room with a comfortable lounge, kitchen and bedroom, a king size bunk and a single bed, we will provide complimentary bedroom and bathroom linen, share bathroom, and full use of our facilities, swimming pool, BBQ, Gymnasium, Games room and coin operated laundry

Utilities and Services

In addition to rent add on $38.00 per week for utilities and services. These include:

  • Telephone connection and line rental (not usage)
  • Electricity and Ambulance cover
  • Crockery, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils
  • Ving Card for room and internal security
  • Internet connection (not usage)
  • Fortnightly common area cleans

So to calculate your total accommodation fees add the room type price and the utilities and services. For eg: Unit C: One bedroom and shared bathroom $190.00 + students services $38.00 = $228.00 per week.

Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks of rent.

Provided there is no damage to your apartment, your bond will be refunded less any cleaning costs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard - 3% is added to your costs to cover fees and charges associated with the use of credit cards. EFTPOS is available and is a free service.

$135.00 - Full exit clean includes a professional carpet clean and steam cleaning your mattress.

$45.00 - It is a requirement to replace your mattress protector, pillow and to dry clean your throw over.
