All Apartment Styles are fully furnished and are fully equipped with cooking utensiles and crockery, private telephone line and telephone, and internet.

Student may book a room in an apartment, or choose to book one bedroom and private or shared bathroom.

Utilities and Services

In addition to rent add on $49.80 per week for utilities and services. These include:

  • Telephone connection and line rental (not usage)
  • Electricity
  • Crockery, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils
  • Ving Card for room and internal security
  • Internet connection (not usage)
  • Fortnightly common area cleans
  • Ambulance Cover
  • Gas Assisted Hot Water

So to calculate your total accommodation fees add the room type price and the utilities and services. For eg: Unit C: One bedroom and shared bathroom $195.00 + students services $49.80 = $244.80 per week.

Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks of rent.

Provided there is no damage to your apartment, your bond will be refunded less any cleaning costs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard - 3% is added to your costs to cover fees and charges associated with the use of credit cards. EFTPOS is available and is a free service.

$160.00 - Full exit clean includes a professional carpet clean and steam cleaning your mattress.

$45.00 - It is a requirement to replace your mattress protector, pillow and to dry clean your throw over.
