Student may book a room in an apartment, or choose to book one bedroom and private or shared bathroom.

Student Services extra charge of $50 per week includes the following:-

  • Free Internet connection plus 1st week or 1Gb free usage
  • Telephone connection and line rental
  • Ving Card entry and room security

To calculate your weekly payment, add $50 to your Rent. For example, if your rent is $195, then your weekly payment will be $195 + $50 = $245 per week.

Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks of rent.

Provided there is no damage to your apartment, your bond will be refunded less any cleaning costs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard - 3% is added to your costs to cover fees and charges associated with the use of credit cards. EFTPOS is available and is a free service.

$160.00 - Full exit clean includes a professional carpet clean and steam cleaning your mattress.

$50.00 - It is a requirement to replace your mattress protector, pillow and to dry clean your throw over.
