All residents are required to pay a deposit to confirm their room allocation and booking. The deposit is equal to 4 weeks rent (the bond) and 4 weeks rent in advance. We will respond to your application and give you instructions on how to pay your deposit. All deposits will be paid into our trust account. A booking will not be confirmed until you deposit has been paid and receipted.
